Dee Dee's Closet, an online division of The
Girls Bra Shop Inc., is committed to providing customers
with a secure, enjoyable online shopping experience.
We are also committed to helping customers find their
right fit, whether customers choose to purchase online
or visit us in person. We also realize that sometimes
it is necessary to change an order, or refund and exchange
an item for a variety of reasons and will make every
reasonable effort to accommodate such requests from
our customers.

The Girls Bra Shop works hard to ensure that online
orders are shipped as quickly as possible, therefore
it is difficult to change or cancel an order once placed.

Shipping Policies
Import duties and taxes may be applied to web orders
upon delivery. The Girls Bra Shop Inc. cannot predict
these charges and is not responsible for these charges.
For more information on customs policies customers should
contact their local customs office.
Xpress Post customers will be provided with a tracking
number for their web order.
Shipping time may vary upon location and all ETA's
are approximations
The Girls Bra Shop Inc has the right to modify shipping
charges without notice.

Returns
Exchanges or Returns
Items purchased through our online store have
a 10-day return / exchange policy on non-sale items.
On non-sale items we will gladly accept
returns or exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
If item or items returned are not available any longer,
the customer will be issued a refund. The customer must
call or email us for a Return Authorization Number that
must be clearly written on the outside of the return
shipping parcel.
Do not send items back without a return authorization
number. Items returned without a Return Authorization
Number, will be refused and sent back to the customer
with additional shipping charges charged to their credit
card.
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back and paid
for by the customer and received in our office no
later than 10 days from the date recieved by the customer.
Items not returned within 10 days of the customer receiving
date will not be accepted for exchange, return or store
credit. The items will simply be resent back the customer
at their cost.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges of all exchanges are at the expense
of the customer.
We recommend the customer use Priority Post or any trackable
courier service to ensure delivery.
In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned
to us in original, unworn, uncrushed and unwrinkled
condition with all tags and stickers attached.
Please do not return items with any deodorant,
make-up, pet hair, perfume, cigarette, cigar, smoke, etc odors
on them as they will not be accepted. We do not accept
Panties, Thongs, Boyshorts Hosiery or Swimwear
for return or exchange. If cami sets or chemise sets
include a bottom, they may not be returnable or exchangeable
due to hygiene laws, check with us first.
(Foam lined bras must be packaged in a large enough
box to avoid crushing as they will be damaged &
therefore will not be re-sellable.)
Please note: Sale Items, Clearance Items, Special Offers,
Swimwear, Hosiery & (Panties in most cases)
are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.
No Exceptions!
All bathing suits, bottoms, marked down, close-out,
seasonal or on-sale are as is and all sales are final
- no returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Call us with any questions prior to purchase regarding
size, fabric, etc... our knowledgeable staff will be
happy to review the item.

FAQ's
What about backorders?
There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There
is only one shipping & handling charge per order
and it is charged when your first shipment is sent.
Additional shipments are shipped at no additional cost
to you.
Backordered items are shipped as they become available.
Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together
when appropriate. You will be notified via email if
one or more items will be delayed beyond the date range
specified on the product page.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal online. You may
also contact the store to place special orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at The Girls Bra Shop Inc. is safe. We
use the PayPal Shopping Cart.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship in stock items within 1-3 business days,
excluding holidays. Select shipping methods ship the
same day for in-stock orders placed by 2pm AT- see our
shipping methods above, for details. Items not in stock
can take up to 6 weeks for shipping.
